General changes:
- #3006 Viewing /routes pages payload size reduced by at least 80%, viewing routes page size reduced by 90% (after initial load and caching). Many elements are now also served directly by Cloudflare to further reduce data usage hitting the origin.
Bots now crash the site due to a locale issue. Hotfixes on configs seem to not be working - so this release has to properly apply the code changes without a hotfix.

Bugfixes:
- #2996 Visiting different game version's explore page no longer redirects to your current game version's explore page, but keeps you on that game version's explore page instead.
Many small fixes were required after pushing release v13.9 which introduced Legion Remix dungeons. This update makes those fixes final.
